Daily 'Dino' Discoveries: Trivia Answer Guide

To celebrate the launch of 'Dinosaurs' of the Deep on June 28, 7pm, at McNally Robinson, we're posting daily trivia questions about the sea monsters lurking in Larry Verstraete's newest book. Dive in for the answers to your prehistoric ponderings!

QUESTION ONE:

ANSWER: Mosasaur. Bruce, the world’s largest displayed mosasaur and the star attraction at the Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre in Morden, Manitoba is 13 metres (43 feet) long!

QUESTION TWO:

 ANSWER: Cretoxyrhina.

ANSWER: Bruce, the mosasaur. Bruce even has his own Canadian stamp illustrated by Julius Csotonyi, the same paleoartist who illustrated ‘Dinosaurs’ of the Deep.
