Break a leg, Beethoven Blatz!

This summer, Armin Wiebe's play The Moonlight Sonata of Beethoven Blatz opens at the Station Arts Centre in Rosthern, SK.

From the Station's website:

A tumult of conflicting desires ignites when Obrum brings home a broken piano, poison ivy, and a would-be Beethoven instead of a washing machine. Directed by Christopher Brauer, this comic 'folk play' with a classical music base, follows a farm wife, a carpenter, a midwife, and a musician as they struggle to find fulfillment of their seemingly impossible wantings, for themselves and for each other, drawing on the means at hand on a homestead removed from the stifling customs of the village.

The Moonlight Sonata runs from July 8 - August 7. Call the Station to book your seats now at 306-232-5332.
