FEBRUARY 13, 2026

Turnstone Press is pleased to announce that Jason Pchajek's next CliFi novel, Bounty: A Price to Pay, is in development.

Bounty: A Price to Pay, the second installment of Jason Pchajek's Argite Cycle series follows Nikos and Mack as they venture into unknown territory, the domed mega-city of Phoenix, in pursuit of their target Castor Roy, while their companion Maria is left to wage a one woman fight against the Eden's Purpose remnant still stirring up trouble in Winnipeg.

Jason Pchajek is a writer, journalist, radio host, and corporate researcher from Winnipeg, Manitoba. When not working on his next project, Jason spends his time reading, playing video games, preparing for his next DnD session and attending the occasional SciFi convention. His debut novel, Bounty established the centre of Canada as the centre of CliFi fiction.

Established in 1976, Turnstone Press publishes some of the most exciting and innovative poetry, fiction, and nonfiction in Canada. In 1998, Turnstone Press launched its genre imprint, Ravenstone, publishing mysteries, thrillers, cli-fi, and speculative fiction.
