In the Works: New Imogene Durant Mystery by Janice MacDonald

JULY 17, 2025

Turnstone Press is pleased to announce that Janice MacDonald's next Imogene Durant Mystery, Wexford Carole, will be released this fall under Turnstone’s Ravenstone Imprint.

After all the drama in Paris, Imogene Durant is looking forward to spending some time in the Irish countryside, visiting with an old school friend and working on the edits for her new book. Her idyllic surroundings are rudely interrupted when a young woman with a bright future is found dead and worse, Imogene’s friend’s daughter is accused of the crime.

Janice MacDonald is a Canadian author of mystery novels, textbooks, non-fiction titles, and stories for both children and adults. She is best known for writing seven novels featuring amateur sleuth Miranda “Randy” Craig. The Randy Craig Mysteries were the first detective series to be set in Edmonton, Alberta, where Janice lives and works. Wexford Carole is the second installment of the wildly popular Imogene Durant Mysteries.
